Emily Hankins Cake Designer

Emily Hankins is a Cornish based artist and designer with a passion for cake and a love of all things vintage and handmade.

Emily moved to Cornwall to study at Falmouth College of Arts and has never left the county which had captured her heart.

She has been passionate about baking since she was a child, and after a family herself started to create cakes and confections in her own distinct style for friends and family.

Seeing an increased demand for individual and bespoke weddings with a vintage, homemade and eclectic feel she decided to launch her own business creating beautifully handcrafted and hand painted cakes.

With the help of the Princes Trust Enterprise Scheme, some very supportive friends and a very patient husband she has been able to make this dream a reality.

If you are looking for a cake with a vintage, handmade feel Emily can create the style you are looking for. Her personal and professional service means each cake she creates will be a memorable and delicious one-off.

She never tires of talking about cake (or eating it!) and has a genuine enthusiasm for everything she does!

Follow her on Facebook and Twitter.
