Gourmet Truro was launched at the Cornwall Food and Drink Festival and features more than 100 food and drink related businesses in Truro.
It has been compiled by the Totally Truro team and designed by St Agnes based company Graeme & Rust.
As well as food and drink listings, it carries information about what to buy in season.
Neil Scott, Totally Truro's BID manager, said: "Truro is becoming a real hub for foodies, and we're proud that the Cornwall Food and Drink Festival choose us as their venue each year.
"The Gourmet Truro guide has taken several months of planning and we've aimed to cover everything from the most glamorous restaurants to the tastiest takeaway.
