During Lent the Cathedral is holding a series of events and activities that will explore the Eastern Orthodox tradition. These include an exhibition, lectures and having an icon writer in residence.

• ‘ORGAN EXTRAVAGANZA'
Friday 12th March 7 for 7.30pm
Launching the 2010 Organ Recital Series Christopher Gray and Luke Bond will play a fun and popular programme of organ music, including ‘duets', Nigel Ogden's Scherzo for the ‘White Rabbit' and an arrangement of 'The Simpsons' theme tune. Tickets £5 on the door.
• Murder in the Cathedral
3 performances Wednesday 17th, Thursday 18th & Friday 19th March at 7.30pm
T.S Elliot's dramatic poetic retelling of the murder of Thomas à Becket, Archbishop of Canterbury in 1170. Performed by the Veryan Players. Unreserved seating.
