Penwith Housing Association (PHA) manages 6,000 rented homes across Cornwall. We work closely with residents, councils and funding agencies to offer high quality services that really make a difference to homes, places and lives. We are part of the Devon & Cornwall Housing group, which manages 17,000 properties throughout Cornwall and Devon.

PHA is a registered social landlord with its work being monitored by the Housing Corporation. We are registered with the Financial Services Authority as an exempt charity.

Through our successful partnership working, as well as our own 4,000 homes we now also manage 2,000 of Devon & Cornwall Housing Association’s (DCHA) general needs homes in Cornwall.

We are based in Penzance but provide services from shared DCHA offices in Truro and Liskeard.  

Based at the Truro offices are:
•    PHA’s Cornwall west housing team
•    Devon & Cornwall Leasehold Solutions – providing management services to private tenants and owner-occupiers, and market rented homes
•    Carrick care & repair - helping older people and people with disabilities to stay in their own homes in comfort and security
