A4e helps unemployed people and those facing redundancy to successfully navigate their way through the process of gaining employment. Through our Skills Support programmes, A4e provides the support necessary to help people 18+ gain employment through a comprehensive training package which includes:

• Employability Skills training modules including CV Writing and Effective Interviewing
• Accredited Qualifications in Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and First Aid
• Basic Skills Level 1+2 in Literacy and Numeracy
• Vocation Specific Courses in areas of employment such as Retail, Care and Admin
• Apprenticeships (for people aged 18-24) with an attached employer subsidy of up to £2500
• Bitesized courses in MS Word/Excel and CSCS Construction Skills Test

Our Employability and Skills Trainers will work with you to design an individually tailored training programme which will meet your requirements and enable you to progress towards sustainable employment, at a pace that's right for you.
Our Employment Advisors will work with you on a one-to-one basis, using strong relationships with employers and other organisations to help you find the kind of work you need. When you've completed your training, you can attend our 13 week Work Clubs, with free use of our Job Search facilities and Employment Advisor support.
