InnerTide and Tim Kellam's vision has been nurtured by an eclectic life living in Cornwall and travelling the world, finding inspiration along the way. As an artist, holistic therapist, a practitioner and teacher of Thai Chi and meditation, Tim has built a rich ethos which he loves to share with others.

 
The creation of InnerTide's venue has grown between two friends, Tim Kellam and Stephen Bowater. Their influences and passions have united to create a unique space and experience to share with others.

In the creative process we strived to recognise the uniqueness and find a purpose for everything that manifested and came our way. We hope you enjoy visiting and using the InnerTide venue as much as we enjoyed developing it.


All products sold are made and sourced as locally as possible, even down to the coffee syrups.  The warmth of the recycled decor gives InnerTide a cosy cabin feel, where you can step away for a moment and relax.
