Bone china is a vintage inspired café revolves around a Vintage cafe & Cocktail Bar.

The outward image will be that of a shabby chic venue in which the second hand themed décor enhances the feeling of stepping back in time. The era will derive around the 1940's/50's. The internal decor will be clean and white with a chintzy essences i.e. wallpaper, mirrors, frames, pictures, floral inspiration jars, old objects that tell a story and white painted unique and upholstered pieces of furniture. All of the items in Bone China will be for sale to produce a unique selling point to the customers. Almost giving an ‘eat and shop' experience.

The menu will be unique from other cafes, varying from various light snacks to a more fulfilling dish. The menu will resemble the more commonly seen ‘starter' menu; offering high tea on tiered plates with miniature desserts, snacky platters such as crisp, dips, cheeses, fruit and pâté, and a salad range with both meat & fish.
 

The chosen variety of foods mentioned above provides an individual experience to lunch by eliminating the day to day common high-street foods. It also allows customers to customise their platters for an even more personal dish.
 

Bone China will also offer a range of drinks including wine, champagnes, beers, soft drinks and a carefully chosen list of high quality cocktails. To make these cocktails more unique to Bone China, they will be served to the customer in a vintage style teapot.

To keep up the vintage shabby chic image of Bone China, all food will be served on characterful bone china crockery or selected wooden platters and all drinks will be served in crystal glassware or dainty porcelain/China tea sets.

Bone china will have beautifully-set tables with shabby chic table décor such as wild flowers and individual centre pieces. The lighting will consist of chandeliers and decorative ornate lamps. We will offer table service in a friendly and welcoming approach. This will be an environment that should appeal and invite customers in to somewhere that they can sit and relax in the old fashioned and quirky vintage retreat surrounded in fresh flowers, carefully chosen décor and a relaxing atmosphere with wartime snip-its.
