The owners of Klimek Jewellers, Karol and his Cornish born wife Bettina, are both gemmologists and are very keen for all their staff to learn as much about jewellery and gemstones as possible.

They offer extensive training to all their staff, and through this, one of their staff, Kayleigh Radcliffe has just won the Individual Achievement Award at the Excellence in Business Training Awards. She is currently studying for her GIA Pearl certificate and has been awarded a scholarship to study the prestigious GIA Gemmology course.
