Wise Employment started its operation during the recession of the early 1990's, as the directors believed there was a niche in the market for a quality driven organisation. From humble beginnings in Swindon, it now has a network of branches, employing almost 100 permanent staff, thousands of temporary workers as well as placing many candidates in permanent jobs on a weekly basis.

 

As we have expanded our operation to enlarge the branch network, we have strengthened our management team with well respected industry professionals who share our passion for recruitment, our commitment to excellence and our enthusiasm for providing tailor-made services which truly meet our clients' needs.
