Renewing the Truro BID

Truro was the first location in Cornwall to successfully develop a Business Improvement District (BID). The Truro BID secured a ‘yes’ vote at ballot in July 2007 and commenced delivery of a programme of new services and initiatives in October 2007. The initial five year term of the Truro BID ends on 30 September 2012. To continue with a second term, we will be re-consulting with businesses, producing a new business plan and holding a formal renewal ballot.
