The idea behind Blend 71 came from London, where the couple experienced and enjoyed this unique style of coffee house. Owner Simon Radcliffe explains, ‘We spotted an opportunity to have a small artisan coffee shop here in Truro, where customers can just nip in and out and have an expertly made cup of coffee.'

Blend 71 will be sourcing Monmouth Coffee from London. Monmouth coffee began in 1978 on Monmouth Street, Covent Garden. The wholesale company now sources its coffee roast from individual farms, estates and cooperatives throughout the world and believe the methods they use are sustainable and fair.

The breakfast menu includes porridge (with all the toppings of your choice), granola cereals, as well as fresh pastries. At lunch time, you can try a variety of ciabattas and expertly made sandwiches, or for those cold and frosty days, steaming hot pies and mash will be hard to beat.
