We have been at Saffron since January 1999.

Since then, our wide choice of menus and informal welcoming atmosphere has made Saffron a popular venue for locals and visitors to Truro.

A truly Cornish restaurant offering exciting menus that follow the seasons and are genuinely created using local seasonal ingredients from small farms and local producers many from the Truro area.

Menus are updated regularly on our website and there you will also find more about seasonal ingredients and local suppliers.

Children are most welcome until 7pm and can choose from the Young Diners Menu which contains a range of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes uses the same local ingredients as all other menus.

Breakfast from 10am-11.30am. On Saturday we serve Brunch until 4pm including our infamous 10 Deadly Sins Cornish Breakfast.

Lunch Monday - Friday 11.30am -3.30pm

Dinner From 5pm. We serve our Pre-Theatre Dinner between 5 & 7pm.
