If dancing is more up your street, make your way upstairs to the wonderfully stylish late lounge which is open on a Friday, Saturday and Monday night until late. Vanilla also hosts a salsa night every Wednesday from 8pm.

The local family that established Vanilla in 2008 are passionate about sourcing, serving and presenting the finest coffees, teas and hot chocolates. Their smooth Italian coffee is blended and roasted in the romantic town of Conegliano in northern Italy. Served the traditional Italian way, your cappuccino will be smooth and mousse-like throughout with the perfect crèma. If tea is your choice, Vanilla serve a large range of TeaPigs loose leaf teas from breakfast teas through to fruit teas. The tea brews inside silk bags to give maximum flavour. The Belgian hot chocolate is created by gently melting whole chocolate and mixing with a light cream to give a delicious hot chocolate experience! To keep you going, the chef cooks all cakes and the famous chewy chocolate brownies that have become so popular with the people of Truro!
