The owners of Klimek, Karol and his Cornish born wife Bettina, are both gemmologists and are very keen for all their staff to learn as much about jewellery and gemstones as possible. The manager, Tracey, has worked in the business for several years and holds the Professional Jeweller Diploma (achieved with distinction) and is looking forward to completing a course in gemmology.
